von Sleepwalker, vor einem JahrI really like proton pass. So much so i paid for lifetime. The reason i can't give 5 stars is friction. Proton pass can't recognize some login fields and doesn't give you a easy way to handle that situation. You have pin it to the toolbar or navigate to it from extensions, open the extension, find the login info, copy it and paste it yourself. THERE IS NO EASIER WAY. What this extension really needs is a "right click menu button" to customize behavior or at least give you access to login information and fill the field i right clicked up by itself.

I have been completely satisfied with it. I love that it keeps my passwords safe, generates strong new passwords, and that it's easy but secure to log into. I also appreciate the alias option, though I'm not sure if that is a feature if you don't also have Protonmail (which I do). I have no complaints and have been recommending it to family and friends.

In my opinion, they are the most streamlined and beginner friendly provider for consumer info-sec and privacy. Their entire suite is free to use including VPN, Pass manager, email and calendar if you don't want the extras involved.
Proton is an extra step for those looking for advanced protection while being unfamiliar with cyber security. Their help in securing data, accounts and anonymity from malicious attacks gives added peace of mind without any additional cost to the user.
