The extension itself is super snappy and responsive, but the fact that I have to disable and re-enable it on every PC restart is driving me crazy. Otherwise it refuses to work, either saying that the destination is unreachable or showing that it is connected when it clearly is not.
That doesn't sound right. Please contact us at https://protonvpn.com/support/contact letting us know which specific browser version and Proton VPN extension version you have installed, what OS your device is running, whether you have the auto-connect option enabled, etc. We'd be happy to investigate the behavior further.
