Thanks for this extension, works great on my portrait monitor.

I also had problems with this extension stopping working and even after updating to 1.5 version it did not work. However, I was able to resolve the problem by switching my Twitch language to English. It seems the extension relies on Aria-labels that change based on the Twitch language setting, and it specifically references English values.
