When it works it works pretty well. Faster than most Video downloader Extensions I have used. But it is vanilla. Vanilla in the sense that it won't work in places that don't want it to work. Websites that have video formats out of its scope will make it look lame. There are extensions out there that have a workaround. Works like 55% of the time tho.

    While this extension doesn't work on YouTube, there are plenty of other services which fill that niche. This works when I want it to, where I need it to, covering many video platforms across the internet, so I have nothing to complain about. Thank you!

    It is garbage. It doesn't download youtube videos - you might as well have Claude make you one - it would be 10000 times better than this flaming bag of detritus

    they write that it's possible to download videos from youtube but it's not true. they didn't update the description just to make people download the app. i didn't use it yet on other sites but frankly don't like liars.

    Great extension. One of the best for video downloading. Usually able to download in 90% of video streaming sites. Some videos this extension can't download though, some advanced multi-stream HLS videos this extension can't join properly and offers to downloads small chunks only. VideoDownload Helper can download multi-stream HLS, but it's paid extension. But this extension is free and works great. Hopefully in new versions support for multi-stream HLS will be added. Rating this extension as 5 stars because been using for a while and had great experience.

    Complete utter trash. Requires you to purchase a program to use, does not work with m3u or multiple files only with static ones. I can do that myself. This addon is a scam.

    working fine,but needs some development,like showing all the res rates to each video so i can choose which res i need to download, but overall,its a good video download app.
