The module works fine on my Linux laptop with Firefox 60 but I can't configure it on Firefox for Android as the configuration fields are not visible: I can see the labels but not the fields.
Edit: I rotated the screen and added the url of my own wallabag server then clicked on "test url" but nothing happened... (Checked also with app.wallabag.it, nothing happened too)

Edit Jan. 17, 2019: Hello, thanks for the answer. Indeed, the help page now works but not the add-on, sadly. Still exactly the same problem: still need to rotate the phone for displaying (at least partially) the parameters and the "test url" link does absolutely nothing even with the app.wallabag.it link.
Furthermore, the help only speaks of a Chrome add-on, not the Firefox one... Is it working on Android Firefox?

    The UI of this extension (e.g., options page) is full of “[@TOTRANSLATE]” visible on all labels and buttons. Moreover, there are poorly written English phrases, like «Allow Space in tags this disables Space as send tags key use Enter key instead» (???).
    This extension is unprofessionally made and clearly lowers Wallabag’s appeal and value. Sorry to say (note: I’m trying wallabag.it, and I probably won’t pay for premium).

    Sorry, doch solange immer sofort gespeichert wird, nicht mehr als 2 Sterne.
    Das muss für mich entweder optional sein oder es darf nur nach weiterem aktiven klick (nicht nur das icon) gespeichert werden. Alles andere führt numal oft dazu, das man seine gespeicherten Seiten zumüllt, nur weil man das icon vlt. versehentlich auswählt. Dann muss man umständlich aktiv löschen und nicht aktiv speichern!

    Hi there, Firefox for Android changed the way we have to make it works. It's working as expected on Firefox Desktop. One star for an extension you didn't use is kind of rough though.

    Similar to Pocket, but you can (optionally) host your own server. Less polished, but it does the job, making it easy to save the current page to read later, with optional tagging in the save dialog.

    And it can save the content from the page you're viewing now, which is helpful for sites with login walls.

    Setup is a bit clunky, but you only need to do it once.

    Works flawlessly with my self-hosted wallabag.
    As a [feature request], I would gladly have a darker theme (optional ?) for the popup used to add a page.

    I have the same issue as another reviewer. The addon installs and tries to check the URL I typed in, but "Wallabag URL checked" remains at "Not checked" although "Wallabag permission checked" changes to "Agreed."

    Clicking the toolbar button throws an error, "api.GetTags().then is not a function."

    Wallabag itself is working fine. I'm using a self-hosted Wallabag instance - Wallabag is hosted on my NAS which is on the same LAN as the machine running Firefox and the addon. I can access the Wallabag instance from my laptop and save articles with it, but the addon stops at the "Wallabag permission checked" step like described above, unfortunately :/

    So far works good, LibreWolf 116.0.2-1. Let's see how it behaves in long term. Registered, created API token, pasted everything needed in the extension and voila. Setup took less than 5 minutes. Easy peasy even for a noob.
    The instruction in extension description is more than enough for setting it up using the wallabang instance.

    Review after developer response:

    The url provided in the developer's response fixed my issue, but this addon is still far, far too complex to set up for the average user.

    Previous review:

    These instructions don't make any sense if you're a paid subscriber. The firefox addon asks for a url, and none is provided in the instructions. I tried https://app.wallabag.it/ (since I'm a paid subscriber) and the options page still says 'url not checked' so I can't get this thing to work.

    Hi there, sorry about that. You can fill in the URL with `app.wallabag.it` then click on the test button and authorize the access of this URL. Do you have any installed extension? Can you try it on a fresh Firefox profile?

    Can't get it to work with Firefox 107. It tries to check the URL (which is correct) but "Wallabag URL checked" remains at "Not checked" although "Wallabag permission checked" changes to "Agreed."

    Meanwhile, Wallabag itself is working fine, so I don't think the problem is there.

    Hi Andrew, I'm really sorry to ear that. Can you tell me what happen when you click on the "Test URL" button? Did you try to remove the extension and install it again? Are you using wallabag.it or a self-hosted instance?
