This has truly been the best ad blocker I have ever used. It's so good, I convinced my sibling to switch from Google Chrome to Firefox as their main web browser just to use Ghostery. We do long distance watch parties on Youtube and Hulu uninterrupted now.

I've been using this extension in tandem with a couple of others for about four or five years. Works great and it is one of the first I install when configuring Firefox on a new machine.
