I've tried other PWD managers, but gave up in frustration over the tedious process of creating each account's password and my inherent mistrust of technology in general as everything seems to be hackable. But I got all tangled up in my manual password system even with the help of Firefox's auto-fill add on. So I studied the rating from PC Mag, CNET, etc. and picked the one I hoped I could live with. That was KEEPER. I used the free version for a couple of weeks and was surprised how accommodating and intuitive it was. It didn't make me bend to its arcane rules and allowed me to get going right away. I've since upgraded to the paid version, resisting the urge to sign up for the family plan. Maybe I'll upgrade to the big plan next year. Meanwhile, I'm very pleased with this product and have recommended it to friends.

    I use Keeper on my desktop, laptop, and my phone. It’s really nice to have access to all my passwords on all my devices and to be able to have them filled in automatically. I also store copies of important documents in the secure vault so I have access to them at anytime anywhere. Their support is also excellent.

    Keeper is awesome I think I missed a couple of updates but this latest update has a ton of features that have really improved the app. the whats new thing is pretty cool to for giving a summary of the new stuff. like the feature they added to have multiple accounts too - lovin it! I also like that you guys added the ability to show what my master password is when I am logging in because I sometimes make a typo and it's nice to be able to unmask it so i can see what i typed wrong to fix it and login. I had to accept some new permissions with this latest update I guess this cause of the disable other password manager thing.

    Works reliably. Support is responsive and helpful. The add-in still struggles to auto-fill credit card details on some sites, but the ease of use for password auto-fill makes up for this.

    Thank you for the review. Please note, you can use the 'Snapshot Tool' under the top right breadcrumb menu 'Report an Autofill Issue' when autofill is not working on a particular site. This allows us to assist as well as improve our product. Thanks again!

    strong security and good design. i like that i can use my passkey for extra security. was really keen on the ability to star my records as favourites glad the feature finally arrived!

    Keeper works great on Firefox.
    Had a good experience with their support team for AutoFill issues on my banking website.
    The problem was solved on the same day.

    KeeperFill works great on Firefox, fast, reliable, and super convenient for logins. I just wish biometric login was available like on Chrome and Edge. Hope it’s coming soon!

    Copying to clipboard is way too buggy. Please provide an option to disable auto-copying and removing the textselection, so I can do all that myself. 4 out of 5 times it copies the wrong part, or the whole note

    is 95% of firefox's CPU utilization and makes pages load 5x slower.

    had to remove and will just use the website.

    makes firefox unusable, slows down to a crawl

    have to keep the extension disabled or just use the website

    Slows down Firefox so much that I had to disable it

    After some time the autofill stops working and it starts freezing the browser briefly every time a page loads. Had the same thing happen on regular Firefox and on Waterfox.
    On top of that, there's no way to blacklist some sites from autofill, which results in annoying auotfill popups or the KeeperFill icon covering some smaller input fields completely.
