We'd love to help you resolve this issue and gather more details. Please could you reach out to us directly at feedback@keepersecurity.com with any additional information? E.G. what version you are using, what OS, vault size (e.g. do you have thousands of vault records against a single domain), etc. If the problem is site-specific, you can also use our ‘Snapshot Tool’ in the top right bread-crumb menu, ‘Report an Autofill Issue’, to take a snapshot of whatever site(s) had this issue so we can troubleshoot, assist and improve the product.

One last thing - in the interim, if you are low on memory, you can try turning off Hardware Acceleration by going to Performance then uncheck 'Use recommended performance settings' and 'Use hardware acceleration when available'.

Please note, our next release 18.0 will have more performance improvements so you can try switching it back on when that's published in the next week or so.
