Only permission it needs is access to Twitch.tv, like the userscripts, and other proxies, you can ONLY USE ONE AT A TIME.
If you combine userscripts, extensions + userscripts, or multiple extensions doing the same thing, NONE OF THEM WILL WORK.
USE ONE METHOD AT A TIME OR THEY OVERWRITE EACH OTHERS CODE and you will have some weird things going on.
Anyways, this one has worked for the past few weeks, especially after I removed the uBlock userscripts that seem to die every few days and load streams in 480p.
For me the Ad will pop up, and then cut out literally a second later and be back to the quality settings I had.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Grey Walker, 5 months agoThis used to work well before the mid-2025 ad player changes on twitch. Now it's only good for turning ads into network errors - if that's your thing.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 17181407, 6 months agoSadly, completely failed to work.
It seemed to have caused my twitch to disconnect every 10 seconds or so, giving me a #2000 error. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 19477719, 9 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 18886337, a year agoGuys, if it doesn't work try to disable uBlock on Twitch completely. I had the same problem that two of them sorta "cancelled" each other, but after disabling ublock completely (on Twitch), this one started working just perfectly fine.
