Hi, sad to hear about your bad experience. The addon will show the same rating if the venue didn't remove any reviews, and will show the difference only in case Google exposes any information about removed reviews. If you know the restaurant that removes all bad reviews, but the addon shows the same rating, it means that Google does not provide any information about removed reviews for this venue. Google can delay providing this info, but if it is true, it will be exposed by Google in the future, and the addon will show an adjusted rating.

About loading on the review page. I did the tests again (install/reinstall addon) and it works fine for me. It can stop working if google will change ui, but it seems it is the same. Could you please check if you use the latest version of Firefox, and contact me at support@gptransport.app so we can check together what the problem is and how I can fix it?
