by Smarc, 9 years agoUpdated the extension to latest version and got confused if I switched to Chrome somehow - same handicapped UI that the extensions has there :/ No way to see what exactly has been blocked or what could be blocked (open block-able items) - instead I have a "nice and truly needed" (not!) feature of sharing the number of items blocked in the social media sites! A feature that is apparently so important that it's placed so that You will hit it by accident most likely :/ Switched back to old version almost immediately - as I haven't switched to Firefox 57 yet.
Have been using and enjoining the extension for many years though - thanks for the authors :) I just hoped that at least some extensions ported to WebExtensions would remain usable :/ All-in-all, blame goes to Mozilla I suppose.

- Rated 5 out of 5by 3squ1vo, 21 days agoA extensão é muito boa e combada com o uBlock Origin ou solo, ela é muito boa, de verdade e também achei fofo os desenvolvedores, me darem um teste grátis (nem sei se ele está funcionando), mas enfim só para falar que essa extensão é muito boa!!

Власне, це мені від нього треба і це мені в ньому подобається.

I will report this app, and recommend others do as well. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!

Máte plné ruce a nemůžete se bránit. A někdo jiný si toho všimne a příjde vám na pomoc! Mně na webu přišel pomoct AdBlock. Je to ochranný prostředek pro psychické zdraví. Díky za něj.

posted a month agoFor non-Premium users, our payment page displays when we update the extension to keep you informed on changes we've made and as a reminder to consider upgrading to Premium. There is no obligation to upgrade and you can dismiss the page by clicking the "x" on the browser tab. You can also dismiss this page by going to the Advanced tab on your ABP settings and unchecking the box next to "Allow Adblock Plus to show occasional promotional messages." - Rated 1 out of 5by statsone, 2 months agoStupid popups never ends. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20034667, 2 months agoThis will remain a 1 star until ABP decides to stop interrupting my mornings with pop-up ads. Other ad blockers have enough common sense not to CAUSE THEIR OWN POP-UP ADS. When good ad blockers like uBlock Origin update, they do it quietly without bothering the user. The people at ABP thought you wouldn't mind annoying adverts if it was from them. Advertising to me a product I already have installed is a sure sign these people do not respect users time.
