All desktop applications that interact with nexus mods rely on the same system protocol: the nxm protocol. Make sure to close Arsenal and re enable the nxm protocol support on other apps. Other apps may steal downloads from Arsenal as well. This is the only downside for apps that comunicate through the same system protocol.
