ATTENTION il est IMPERATIF d'aller à "about:config" et de passer "dom.webcomponents.shadowdom.enabled" en TRUE.
Ensuite, c'est parfait : d'un double clic sur un mot on a une définition satisfaisante qui apparaît dans une bulle juste au-dessus. Très pratique et plutôt fiable, je l'ai testé sur la dictée de Pivot et même les mots compliqués passent. Juste quelques problèmes avec quelques participes passés.
Par contre, si on pouvait trouver en plus quelques liens pour ceux qui veulent aller plus loin dans leur recherche, ce serait un+.... et une 5ème étoile!!

Merci pour l'examen, j'ai trouvé le bogue lors de la recherche d'un participe passé, je l'ai corrigé et j'ai également inclus le lien pour ceux qui recherchent plus de détails.     Used to work perfectly. Now it's useless, broken, garbage. Any word, including basic words like the word "word", just shows "No definition found."
    Worthless in its current state.

    Use "Dictionariez: Your Dictionary, Your Language" instead. It actually works.

    It inexplicably stopped functioning a month or so ago :-( Which is a huge shame because I found this extension extremely useful while it lasted! I hope its developer finds the time to fix it at some point

    Another extension plagued with abandonment issues, such a shame.

    I think this add-on is now unmaintained. The definitions for the words doesn't so up. "Sorry no definition found" appears even for a word like "navigate".

    This add-on appears to be really buggy and even then this retains recommended badge by mozilla.

    I appreciate this add-on and the work that went into it. One crucial area of improvement to make it much more user-friendly would be to disable the popup in writing/input text fields. I find myself constantly closing the popup in search fields or text input when I'm not interested in definitions, but a word gets highlighted, and it's a nuisance.

    The addon is abandoned. It doesn't work any more and the dev is ignoring the submitted fix: github.com/meetDeveloper/Dictionary-Anywhere/pull/85

    I've used this extension for years, and found it was a must-have for me, even at work. However, it no longer works.

    No dark mode, No protection from going behind the edge of the screen, No definition found.

    Works again, also works much better than Dictionariez which is a scam app and I reported to mozilla.

    It was one of the best add on i used daily. But since last few weeks, it shows - "Sorry, No definition found." for every word even the simplest one and I have checked all. Permission, internet connectivity, reinstalling - but no use. It seems this add on is dead.

    Developer do something please..
