“Open-Source Code : Some of our code is available under open-source licenses […]”
Isn’t there a contradiction here: Open-Source Code / Some of !
The “Restrictions” section is getting ridiculous !
“You agree that you won’t attempt to or in fact do the following to the Services […]”
We aren’t committing to anything, since we haven’t signed a contract and earlier in “Software License and Updates” it says you can change the terms whenever you want.
Under European law, reciprocity is mandatory ; here, the “Manhattan detective” approach is : unilateral—you decide everything on your own—which nullifies the contract.
The “Responsibility for Content” section.
I love this : “You agree that you shall bear all risks associated with the use of such info.”
Under European law, this nullifies any contract and any liability. Illegal clauses are deemed unenforceable !
“We have no responsibility to remove content you make public”
Well, yes we do ! In Europe, it’s a legal obligation !
Linked Sites and Services : “We do our best to provide a great service, but we have no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the Services under this agreement.”
Well, yes we do ! In Europe, that’s also a legal obligation !
Termination and Refunds : “We may terminate this agreement and your use at any time, without cause and without notice.”
Well, in Europe …… you know the rest …
There is a section " No Warranty " : run away !
Although under European law, paid services have a warranty obligation.

The privacy section is useless ; it’s just window dressing, since they state in the contract that they can change it whenever they want, unilaterally.
As a European politician once said : “Promises are only binding on those who believe in them !” - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18585764, a month ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by AlterMann, 8 months agoDoes make anything faster - FF is going slower and slower since installing this!
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 19112309, a year agoUsed to work well. Now it crashes most secure logins (e.g.; secure dot verizon dot com /signin) and redirects to a json error page. When attempting to report broken sites, the "Submit" button just says "Invalid URL." There doesn't appear to be any way to inform the developer except by leaving a bad review, as their bug reporting has the same problem.

- Rated 1 out of 5by moe_182, a year agoUsed to be great, the add-on is no longer updated for Firefox, last update was on Feb2024, however, it has newer version for Chrome and all Chromium based browsers, such a shame.
