posted 6 years agoGhostery blocks third party tracking and ads. Ghostery Rewards operates locally, meaning it is completely contained within your browser and does not transmit personal information back to Ghostery, Cliqz, or any other third party companies. It can be disabled in the settings menu. And DON'T make that ad impossible to delete without exiting the browser... And DON'T then act as if you didn't do any of this when you quite rightly get roasted in the reviews.
