by Firefox user 16418872, 3 years agoDoesn't have autofill which makes is dealbreaker considering it's one of the core features that every other password manager already has.
To make it worse, they use the term "autofill" to describe their difinitively MANUAL method of entering credentials. It's misleading, and confusing. I even wasted two days communicating with their customer support in a frustrating back-and-forth because they don't understand what "autofill" means.

posted 3 years agoCan you elaborate on what exactly you're referring to by 'autofill' so we make sure there are no misunderstandings?
Autofill should work on most websites (by suggesting your saved login items for a particular website when you go to log into that website) the same way that your memorized passwords in your browser might work.
We're working on improving the autofill functionality for all web services reported by our community. Please feel free to flag any problematic web services or apps to us either by editing your review or by contacting us at pass@protonme.zendesk.com, and we'll note your feedback for future improvements. - Rated 5 out of 5by Harry Elmokyan, a day agoIt's been a great experience on Firefox for over a year now. Very satisfied.
- Rated 5 out of 5by TOTGB, 2 days agoThe best password manager ever. No problems at all. Always there for me when I need it. A premium subscription makes this experience worthwhile.
Best feature yet : TOTP authenticator app functionality right inside proton pass. Keep up the good work 👍 - Rated 5 out of 5by null, 2 days ago

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20181261, 2 days agoHad to give a 1 star because while trying to login dueing a time sensitive task, it kept distracting me with this "Rate Us" banner. This is a paid product. It should NOT be adding distractions like this day to day.

- Rated 5 out of 5by KL, 5 days agoGreat to have passwords in the browser
I have one feature to request - I want to use keyboard shortcuts to sort or filter creds for the same domain (ie. Gmail, FB, Microsoft) - don't make me scroll
There's one key quirk with this extension though - proton servers are blocked by some enterprise firewall default blacklists (ie. PaloAlto) - makes this extension offline when I'm at work
Might be worth using a Proton using a proxy or having a chat with Palo Alto
The offline behaviour has improved, but needing my password when it's offline for a day (even 10 seconds) seems over the top

Generally works well with detecting username/email password fields - can be hit and miss though - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 20173785, 5 days ago
