by Firefox user 5824065, a year agoThe MS Windows version of UDL Client converts and multiplexes the audio stream of downloaded MP4 videos as non-standard MP3, rather than the MPEG-4 AAC-LC format common to consumer electronics.
The handling of this audio track causes problems with playback on consumer electronic devices, so the audio track(s) must need to be re-encoded.
The mobile .apk package multiplexes the audio as H.264 + MPEG-4 AAC-LC, so I'd like it to match the mobile version.

- Rated 1 out of 5by AL, 6 hours agoNo matter what I try, I cannot get this to work. It shows in mobile and shows the options for video and audio as intended, but when I press download, it only says reset.

Whenever I tap the button, the screen instantly shows "reset", regardless of the video style I choose. I hope my feedback helps you identify the issue, and I sincerely wish this function could work properly.
