by Jay, 3 months agoRecently, the app has stopped working properly — it no longer swipes at all. I would expect at least some effort from the support team to fix the issue or offer a refund, but they don’t really seem to care.
Instead, they ask you to cooperate in “finding the bug,” which basically means they want you to do free testing and help with their development. That’s ridiculous.
If the app doesn’t work, the company should simply refund the money and fix it themselves — based on browser and OS versions — not shift the responsibility onto the customer.

Developer response
posted 2 hours agoHi, thank you for your feedback and sorry for the late response. I don't check the Firefox store reviews often.
I'm sorry the extension stopped working for you. I understand how frustrating that is.
Dating sites frequently update their code, which can break functionality without warning. These changes also vary by region and account type, making it impossible for me to test every scenario on my own. When I ask users for details, it's not to shift responsibility. It's genuinely the only way I can identify and fix region-specific issues.
I want to be transparent: this is a side project that I maintain alongside my regular work, so response times can sometimes take longer than I'd like. I'm just one person, not a company with a support team. That said, I always try to help, and I do offer refunds when issues can't be resolved.
I believe we may have already settled this via email, but if not, please reach out to me directly and I'll be happy to help or process a refund.
