- Rated 3 out of 5by hnxeast, 6 days agoFor some time now, when entering the PIN in Bitwarden, the input is cleared before it can be confirmed. Only after entering the PIN a second time does it remain stable and allow confirmation. This issue occurs in both Firefox and Chromium browsers; I have not tested others. Bug or a security problem? It leaves me with an uneasy feeling
- Rated 3 out of 5by awawawaawawa, 7 days agoworks reasonably well but has a lot of annoying bugs that just seem to be getting worse over time. recently my biggest annoyance right now is that when I enter my PIN it sometimes doesn't register all key presses or sometimes just straight up deletes some of them for some reason.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Jake Hillion, 12 days agoGenerally a very good password manager, but a flaky add-on. I rely on Touch ID a lot and the add-on has had a bug for a very long time where Firefox full screen on macOS will be knocked out of fullscreen when you Touch ID. Also, the biometrics very rarely work first time after a reboot. Minor annoyances add up for something as frequently used as a password manager.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Dani144, a month agoCauses delays in the current version of Firefox when browsing websites or with pop-ups. Please fix.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17075287, 3 months agoHas recently stopped being able to auto fill on 70% of websites. It requires me to copy and paste username and password manually and it's getting frustrating.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 12966996, 3 months agoRecently, the prompt to update your password has been annoying, even though you haven't changed your password. This happens especially when you use 2FA via Bitwarden. Apparently, the extension thinks you have entered a new password.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Expmodo, 3 months agoДо сих пор не починили проблему с замедлением набора текста в браузере.
Точнее то она есть, то перезапускаешь браузер - её нет. Непонятно как работает.
\\ The problem with slow typing in the browser has not yet been fixed.
More precisely, sometimes it's there, and then you restart the browser and it's gone. It's unclear how it works. - Rated 3 out of 5by BeWog, 4 months agoAutofill feature does not work as well since the lastest updates.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Alfredo8, 4 months agoWorks great for filling, saving, and managing my passwords, but it causes lag when typing in many websites. I've tested with and without the Bitwarden extension enabled, and whenever I have it enabled there is a noticeable performance drop.
- Rated 3 out of 5by S0m3f00l, 4 months agoDear bitwarden extension devs. As a paid subscriber to your service..... Please stop adding useless bloat to this app. You are stepping on your own two feet. Go work on something else. Stop the BS enshitification of bitwarden.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18044217, 4 months agoLogging in with Windows Hello on Win11 24H2 and the latest version of Firefox has not been working for months, so you always have to log in (initially) with the master password.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Jason B., 5 months agoOverall mostly a great extension, but on my home computer, the "save my login" doesn't work. It's random but often daily I have to type in my email address and SUPER LONG, SUPER SECRET master password. This should not be the case, but the bug has been hanging around for months. Bug reports have not helped get the issue resolved.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 9999798, 5 months agoWas working great for years but now it doesn't want to auto-fill the ID and PW with almost all sites. I have a vault with about 100 sites. Very annoying to have to manually copy and paste the ID and PW. Tried various settings including turning off Firefox passwords features.
- Rated 3 out of 5by lrmr, 6 months agoWhat I find absolutely frustrating is the apparent lack of synchronization of access data across different devices. It either doesn’t happen at all or takes days to complete.
It’s really annoying to always have to log in to the web version just to access the most current and complete version of your login data.
A manual “Synchronize” button would be extremely helpful! - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 19233269, 7 months agoThe extension forces me to enter a password instead of using my biometrics. This error has been occurring for a few weeks; it worked flawlessly before.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 19230756, 7 months agoLogs me out every few days even though I use it every day. This is insane.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18132647, 8 months agoFantastic password manager, but the last few updates have been very broken.
Currently, the username/email address generator is broken and completely unusable! - Rated 3 out of 5by Renee, 8 months agoExtremely good password manager, with some noticeable UI flaws.
It is excessively aggressive about popping up to try an grab the input field ALL the time. - Rated 3 out of 5by juan perez, 10 months agoOther than the below it's probably one of the best online credential managing service (I'm paying for the subscription).
It's more or less ok but they "microsofted" it: You are browsing a log in web page typing stuff in and the some stupid pop-up to autofill blocks one of the fields or buttons below so you need to dance around it if you haven't clicked on it already by mistake and have to start all over again.
Please people: what the hell is going on with the pop up dialogs infestation in web and software in 2025. I thought we all got over it during the late 90's and early 2000's.
I really can't believe all this s**t going on with interface development in 2025. - Rated 3 out of 5by Jonathan, 10 months agoOn Firefox mobile, it doesnt Show Entries of passwords etc.
- Rated 3 out of 5by tomyo, a year agoThe default click action on the passwords shown in the drop down list should be to fill the form, not to enter into the details of a login, this was a recent change that's annoying.
Also, I notice spikes in CPU usage from this extension, that are power hungry and impacts my battery life a lot in desktop. - Rated 3 out of 5by Burghy, a year agoWith the new update, everything is slower. Even if I just opened it, when I go back to the plugin, it has to reload again. The copy button, which was supposed to be quick, now requires me to choose what to copy. But most importantly, the support for Microsoft Hello when requesting a fingerprint at browser startup goes into the background, forcing me to move the mouse to the taskbar and finally place my finger on the reader.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18881377, a year agoWas perfect until they recently updated it and redesigned the extension. Now it fails to save logins frequently unless I open a separate window. It is also a lot slower than it use to be.
