Bring Indeed candidates and their available resumes into your Caris HR workspace with a guided, review-first workflow.

• Connect your signed-in Caris HR tab.
• Capture a displayed Indeed employer candidate list.
• Fetch available profile details and resume files.
• Review candidate information, application dates and matched roles before import.
• Attach supported PDF, Word and image resumes to imported candidates (up to 20 MB).
• See batch results and retry failed candidates or resume attachments without resubmitting completed candidates.

For authorized recruiting teams using Caris HR at hr.ucg.bm. Sign in to Caris and Indeed in the same browser profile. Staff/admin access in Caris is required. Capture starts when you choose a page and import requires your review. Local queues do not sync across devices. Missing fields, incomplete application dates and unavailable resumes may need manual review. Indeed page changes can affect extraction.
