by Firefox user 15939624, 2 years agoThis addon used to be great but for months now the download button no longer comes up on YT video pages. I have been through the recommended fixes many times with no change. The button at the top of the screen just opens a window that says creating a download link and never finishes.
I even paid for the pro version and I can't check it is setup because you need the download button to do that.
Also there is no contact link to get specific help.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Rk, 4 days agoI was sceptical at first, but it really works, I can now download youtube music videos that I could only download in premium subscription of youtube and I can play those videos in VLC media player. There are higher resolution download options too, that I could have had to buy a premium subscription to chose otherwise.
