I purchased a license for this add-on and I accidentally purchased two licenses. Not only did I email the company about accidentally purchasing another license but the program didn't work. So I emailed them about that too. It's been over a week since I emailed them and no reply so I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

Dishita: the lone warrior, taking on the mighty YouTube, and their ridiculous copyright policies. If I want to clip a Michael Jackson song - then who's to say I cant? Jacko's been dead (Rip) this many years, he's not going to complain, only the hangers on leeching off his money.
This ETVD extension has worked wonders for me. Short songs, two hour Drum N' Bass mixes - you name it - easy and with good quality playback. I use 256kbps, why not? I'd say it is CD quality, and from then on: I can play it on my iPod, in the car, or wherever.
Stop giving your money to Amazon, they don't need it.
