PHENOMENAL add-on. Use it a lot to extract clips of videos I can use in the classroom. The effort is very much appreciated!!
ADDED: It's now summer 2020 and with all the browser upgrades, I encountered an issue with downloading. I reported it and support jumped all over and fixed it immediately!! Couldn't be more happy...I'd recommend to anyone needing to download/save videos to get this add-on...AND DON'T BE CHEAP! show some appreciation for it as it's just a hobby to them...but a life saver for most of us!!! Thanks!!

Awesome extension. My experience has been excellent.Hope it would continue in future too.
This is very best extension as for as you tube downloads are concerned. I recommend this to all users of firefox.
However in recent months , may be for about 4 to 5 months not working, It always says that it has been blocked by youtube. Even though button shows to be active and when pressed says it is getting connected but gets the video in mp4 or mp3 version.
Let us know what is the problem. Some people reported even after paying money bought the app for it, it does not work!! Really bad. I saw that site YT1s works well, then why not this app , which many YT users depend on.

This add-on is very convenient and easy to use for downloading Youtube videos. On the rare occasions when it has given problems it is because of some change Youtube has made and the developers are very quick to overcome the problem. Very well worth the donation I gave.
