    It was working on chrome untill recently disabled by chrome. I have switched to firefox but here same thing shift +wheel does nothing on youtube videos!
    --Edit: Seems that ultrawide addon and this clash. They worked fine on chrome. But here its either one or another..

    It zooms, but the drag feature does not work for everything.

    Thanks! I will see what I can do about the drag issue, as soon as I'll recover from Corona.
