Proton Pass by Proton

by Firefox user 18260401, a year agoAdded to Firefox, instantly the browser starts experiencing lock ups which I have to force quit out of. Disappointing.
EDIT: Seems there was a conflict. I had the LastPass extension installed, and as part of testing out the Proton Pass product, to see if I could switch, I had left LastPass installed. Once I disabled the LastPass extension in Firefox, the Proton Pass extension worked correctly.

posted a year agoThat doesn't sound right. Would you mind describing the issue further? What are the exact steps you're taking that lead to these lockups? Are you receiving any error messages? We'd be more than happy to help, but we need some basic details to work with. Contact us at proton.me/support/contact so we can help.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Tatum Turn Up, a day agoThis is the best all-in-one password manager I've ever used. And the extension is so nice. Usually I have qualms with extensions as far as the UX goes, but no complaints here.

As a free offering, it's pretty good. As a paid offering, it is, with the exception of aliases, pretty awful. Autofill is incredibly inconsistent, frustrating to use and all around unreliable.Developer response
posted 6 days agoHi! We're working on improving the autofill feature for all websites/services reported by our users. Feel free to flag any problematic services to us at https://proton.me/support/contact - Rated 5 out of 5by DE45C*JGdQ, 8 days agoWorks perfect on Firefox and all devices. Store and generate passwords and all your credentials. Remember just one password. Generate secure passwords. Create aliases for your main email. Etc.

- Rated 5 out of 5by kmg, 9 days agoGreat addon. Using Proton Pass together with other Proton services for many years now. I couldn't say anything wrong about it. I trust Proton with all my secret data. I do admire constant development of the services. Never let me down.
Go ahead and give it a try. 100% reliable. - Rated 4 out of 5by Filip, 9 days ago

- Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 16042479, 9 days agoI would have given 5 stars, but credit card field autofill still doesn’t work — even though Proton Pass has supported saving cards for over a year now.
Everything else works really well, but this missing feature is quite frustrating for daily use. Hoping it gets implemented soon!Developer response
posted 8 days agoHi! This is planned, we just don't have an exact date to share with you right now. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates! - Rated 5 out of 5by feinstark, 10 days agoNo issues. Good interface, has all the features you'd expect and works like a charm (and I consider myself kind of spoiled after using Bitwarden for years).
