- Rated 4 out of 5by TheMany, a year agoOverall a great service - they need to make the field recognition a bit better and also add better alias management - but generally great

- Rated 4 out of 5by cshjsc, a year agoOnly thing I'm missing is shortcuts for selecting the dialog when i select the username/password fields, I cant select the dialog without using the mouse. I find this really annoying.
Also allowing to export to keypass would be nice if I ever lose access to proton, then I could make regular backupsDeveloper response

Unfortunately the hide-my-email alliases autogenerates often doesn't work because Proton Pass doesn't detect that this is a sign-up form instead of sign-in. Easy fix would be to propose new allias if no login info is available for this website.

- Rated 4 out of 5by François, a year agoGood add-on backed by a great company. Yet, IMHO some core functionalities lack comparing to other modern password manager, like: fingerprint unlocking (I'm using Mac), credit-card auto-fill, ability to search for a login that is not automatically found in the login screen, ... But I'm sure this will come soon

Which has been an issue for me a lot as I do a lot of work offline for work and in my homelab.

posted a year agoThank you for your review. You should be able to access your Proton Pass entries without an active internet connection, but it's not possible to edit/create existing and new entries. Nevertheless, we've shared your feedback with the team for future consideration. - Rated 4 out of 5by Ju, a year agoI would have like pour put 4.5/5
Great Pass Manager and extension. Could sometimes better automatize some things, like saving password when you create a account on a website.Developer response

I haven't given in 5 stars because it has a few quirks that aren't always obvious until you've gone down the wrong rabbit hole, such as seemingly losing one's passwords in the mobile app (use "force synchronization" to recover). On the other hand, Proton's help is - in my experience - excellent.

Developer response
posted a year agoThis is expected and is due to a recent update that included a new Proton Pass feature. This feature essentially makes it so that Proton Pass is enabled as your browser's default password management tool, in order for it not to conflict with the browser's built-in password manager since this has caused certain issues in the past. There's nothing to worry about when it comes to the privacy and security of the extension. - Rated 4 out of 5by Firefox user 18616659, a year agoWork smoothly and in love with it, but lacks integration with firefox. It doesn't have shortcuts like Bitwarden, or sidebar options.

- Rated 4 out of 5by Damien, a year agoBonne extension qui complète bien l'application.
Developer response
