by Ruzveh, 7 years agoI would not recommend anyone to go for PureVPN service. Despite of being premium member i am unable to use the service as it gives error message "Please renew your account to use the extension"
This is a joke.
I even posted the query for resolution to customer care. And after one week they closed my call stating they have resolved my case. But without any input or without any resolution how do you expect to close the call? This is unacceptable.
WARNING. Do not waste your money behind this pathetic company who are only fooling people and garbing public money with lucrative offers.

On the other hand, the PureVPN browser extension works everywhere, beautifully, and has got simpler and snappier UI. I've been using it in a couple of years now and I'm happy with it.
