Anyone that has issues with the extension after the latest YouTube design change, please use
Enhancer for YouTube extension to bring it back to the old YouTube Layout, this will allow the extension to work properly again!

Does what is says on videos. I noticed for community stuff where it shows the likes under the previews it doesn't work there but that's minor.

Didn't even have to restart the browser, all windows immediately show downvotes now.

No issues at all, You will forget you even have this on. Have had this since youtube removed dislikes and ive had 0 compatibility issues.
