Note that dislikes are estimated based on add-on user data, and do not show the true number of dislikes. However with the huge amount of installs (combined with Chrome web store) this paints a relative accurate picture, and you'll know if that one review/tutorial/trailer is actually worth watching.
The extension breaks 2-4 times a year, due to YouTube changing the website. But a patch to get the add-on working is never more than a week away.
