It is USELESS when you are in China
Or the helpdesk " plays dead" when you have a problem or they send you standard answers

And neither of them is available! - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 16343251, 5 months agoI would never recommend it to anyone, really. About 1.5 years ago both free and premium versions worked well. I bought 1-3 months subscriptions several times to make sure it is worth it and eventually paid for the whole year. I know that restrictions are getting worse and worse but even before the problem got so severe this VPN stopped working properly whileas a lot of other VPNs kept on doing their job even in free versions. Customer's support refused to give a refund due to their policy and stolled for the time promising to fix those problems (nearly a year has passed, guys!)
