- Rated 1 out of 5by Coke Saeba, 3 months agoThe latest update does not work in Firefox Linux. I have installed coapp-v2 as requested by this version, but it still does not allow me to download anything. Will this be fixed someday, or will I have to switch to another video downloader?
- Rated 5 out of 5by ffoxuser88, 3 months agoThe tool works well in FireFox with win7. It's easy to install and configure. It can download multiple streams simultaneously. It supports many video formats. Download recovers and continues after minor network interruption. Download speed is fast and dynamically adjusting to internet speed changes. The tool has regular updates that can be configure through the extensions. It's also a very stable tool - rarely crashes.

- Rated 5 out of 5by Steve, 3 months agoVideo DownloadHelper is much faster than most alternatives. It is reliable, though I sometimes need to reload the page to get it to connect to the needed video. Results are high quality (1080p, or the native resolution of the clip). The watermark is not an problem for me, but I have now purchased the license anyway.
[ADDENDUM] With the license, downloads are noticeably faster. Also, when a video site changes its download protocols, it seems that the licensed version adapts more quickly. - Rated 5 out of 5by AB, 3 months ago

Cons: Doesn't work for URLs with "live" in the name.
Example:
www.youtube.com/live/jOd7XgeQ4SA
It would be nice if this were fixed. - Rated 5 out of 5by d193612, 3 months ago

- Rated 5 out of 5by GamerFireDMG, 3 months agoGreat app. You can easily set it up on Windows (same with Linux with a little bit of work). Very convenient when you want to download something for a road trip that may not have the greatest internet.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Dequavious, 3 months agoAdds a GIANT QR code to the downloaded video unless you pay 20€. NOT WORTH IT
