The interface is easy to understand, it's a great piece of software.

when the system works it is brilliant but I am having many problems with it not doing downloads, I am not very computer savy and feel it would be good to have more info clearly explained for those like me. thank you to the people who make this possible and for any help that can be given

Es funktionierte auf einmal nicht mehr! Ich habe es mit entfernen und neu installieren versucht, aber kein Erfolg. Deshalb musste ich Video Download Helper entfernen - leider! Nach einiger Zeit habe ich es wieder installiert und seither funktioniert es bestens!
