サイトで広告の音声が流れたので音量を0にしても、リロード後に再度同じサイトで広告が流れると、また音が鳴ります。

Braveで似た拡張機能を使った時は、一度設定すると継続的にその設定が反映されていました。
残念ながらBraveにあった拡張機能のFirefox版は見つかりませんでした。
仕方なく、こちらの拡張機能を使ったら、希望通りの働きをしてくれませんでした。残念です。

this add-on prevented me from watching protected online content (online tv). It even prevented watching tv content on a second browser, on which the add-ons wasn't even installed. Deleting this addon made everything work again. This is a really bad extension.
