I am aware about the video titles being translated again and made a fix for this in v2.22.2.
But it needs to be manually approved by Mozilla. It can take a few days to a week for this, and I can't do anything about it.
If you can't wait, you can still manually install the latest update from the add-on's github.

And NO, it did not "Stopped working 2 weeks ago".
Only translated titles are back right now, because of a YouTube update. Everything else still works (audio, descriptions ...). Please do not mislead people with wrong comment.

Can you be more precise, what happened exactly, on which youtube page, what did you do etc..
