- Rated 3 out of 5by Lev, 13 days agoRecommendations show up on the screen at the end of a video since the YouTube update. Please fix
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 14636686, 13 days agoOct 14 2025, Recommended video popups at the end are no longer hidden. YT has implemented a new video player, and it's super annoying. Hopeful that you guys can make another update to remove this. If so, I will gladly donate :))
- Rated 3 out of 5by reallystupidguy, 24 days agoSome of the features don't work on mobile. It by default blocks playlists and shows comments, and changing these settings changes nothing. It works great on desktop. PLEASE FIX
- Rated 3 out of 5by daniel7692, 3 months agoHi, so I used this extension a LOT on my windows 11 and about a couple months ago I finally got my windows 7 running and now I can't get this extension because apparently I need the "latest version of firefox" please if there is a lite alternative or something please let me know, thanks!
- Rated 3 out of 5by mb9023, 3 months agohas worked well for a long time but must have a memory leak or something, if I leave my youtube tab open for a day or so it gets extremely laggy and I have to close and reopen it. disabling the extension has stopped that from happening.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18994931, 5 months agoShould be open source for privacy reasons. Some settings break YouTube on mobile.
- Rated 3 out of 5by yetkin, 5 months agoUnfortunately, I'm sorry to say that I now see videos of shorts in searches. Nevertheless. It's a great app.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 17515536, 6 months agoPretty good app, however it breaks Youtube Embeds across other websites. I hope this can be fixed! I sent a mail to the support mail bellow. ([email protected])
- Rated 3 out of 5by Goro, 8 months agoLove this extension! <3
I just have two gripes with it.
Firstly, the option to hide profile pictures in the comments isn't working.
Secondly, when I disable the sidebar, but enable playlists, the video player isn't centered anymore, even when no playlist is active.
Edit: This extension unfortunately doesn't seem to be maintained anymore. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18835622, 8 months agoGood extension but it currently breaks embedded videos, making them unwatchable without going into the website itself.
- Rated 3 out of 5by JazzAnt, 9 months agoIt also removes the main page with all video updates, which is not ideal. Unless that's a bug?

- Rated 3 out of 5by Rash, a year agoIt's great, but hiding shorts isn't working, I can still on homepage.
I am on android Firefox app. - Rated 3 out of 5by Firefox user 18358573, 2 years agoOn Android, it does hide the comments, which makes me really happy, but then you also can't open the description any more, which I generally do find useful. The "more" button for the description is still there, but when you click it, the description does not appear, and you can no longer scroll the recommended videos below. Also, when playing a playlist, the list of next videos on the playlist disappears.

- Rated 3 out of 5by pankil, 2 years agoTo enable this on Android you need to somehow find the extension settings and enable it manually should be enabled by default
- Rated 3 out of 5by Nezumi, 2 years agoIt is really good addon but it breaks embedded videos on websites making them unwatchable. If fixed I will bring back 5 stars because it deserves it otherwise.
- Rated 3 out of 5by Remi, 4 years agoAddon does what it advertises, but the fact that it's "all rights reserved" and you cannot check the code is quite sketchy for an addon.
- Rated 3 out of 5by yoyomama, 4 years agoYoutube completely turned black after installation. Maybe it was interfering with another extension, idk. Once I uninstalled things went back to normal.
- For the record uBlock Origin was installed prior to this. Again, I'm not sure if it somehow conflicted with this extension or not. I might consider a resinstall in the future should anything go wrong with the current setup. For now, things are fine.

Thank you for responding. Although I have no desire to reinstall the extension, it makes a world of difference when attention to a particular issue is given. Thanks again and take care.Developer response
posted 4 years agoHi, YouTube should look like this (https://addons.cdn.mozilla.net/user-media/previews/full/235/235162.png) when the extension is first installed. The homepage can be unhidden by clicking on the extension icon in the toolbar and unchecking "Hide Homepage Feed". If this doesn't solve the issue, feel free to contact me at [email protected]! - Rated 3 out of 5by Ragwort, 5 years agoCan hide the right-sidebar, but cannot center the video like in the screenshots on the main page.
