publicado el hace 7 díasHi, this add-on doesn't actually block or hide mixes. Instead, it prevents normal videos from opening as mixes (first option) and ensures that clicking a mix only plays that specific video (second/third option).
You will still see mixes on your feed, but you can configure the extension to only open the single video. - Se valoró con 5 de 5por FlashTiger, hace 12 días

I really appreciate the work people do with add-ons that help fix issues that the hosts of services either directly make or don't care to fix. I find it particularly funny about this specific issue; didn't Facebook and YouTube lose the court case in which they were found to be intentionally making the services more addictive in nature? Yet YouTube is still essentially forcing more videos on people by automatically making lists whenever you click on a "music" video on the site....
Regardless, I really appreciate this add-on. To be honest, I installed it and then almost immediately removed it after I found I couldn't make queues, but since that has been fixed, it makes using YouTube more like how it was before they decided to implement something I didn't see anybody asking for. I tried it again hoping that the problem was fixed (and I get it; it's a little ridiculous to expect things to be perfect from the start, and also shows a good amount of care on behalf of the developer that they are actually paying attention to what people are concerned about with it) and was quite thrilled to see that it was. Because of it, I get to use YouTube again without having to manipulate the URL every time, avoid using it because of the frustration, or try to seek some alternative.
Great add-on, terrific job, and cheers! - Se valoró con 5 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 18493127, hace un mesYet another addon I have to get to make Youtube bearable to use -.-

Or rather, it works, but after a dozen reinstallations and then without any real results. Irritating! Too much for me, not worth installing.
My advice to the developer: First check everything, and then send here the checked version.Respuesta del desarrollador
publicado el hace 2 mesesHi there, thank you for the feedback! The add-on should work right after installing it once. You might need to reload your tab with YouTube or open a new one in order for the script to load in. Your OS has no influence on how well the add-on works.
If you are interested in helping me improve the add-on, you are very welcome to contact me so I can ensure it works for you and possibly other people having your issue. Sadly, writing that it "works but without any real results" does not give me anything to work with whatsoever.

URLs are not allowed, but search "Allow or block media autoplay in Firefox" on support.mozilla.org and you'll find it. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 15183223, hace 2 mesesGenerally works, but breaks the local menu (the ...) for videos. I can't add video to queue if the extension is active, because clicking on the "..." opens that video instead of showing the local menu. (But I can't add video to queue if the extension is inactive, because the youtube software adds it to the end of a very long undeletable list :( )

Every time I play a music video for example that would've been turned into a mix, it doesn't play right away.
Just a minor thing, but other than that it's a banger - Se valoró con 5 de 5por AshCozey, hace 2 mesesmakes youtube so much better, one of the best extensions ever made 🙏
