I didn't know they support a project with a racist CEO. Sad after so many years converting people to 1Password and being a loyal customer I have decided I have to switch. ProtonPass here I go.

I've been using 1password for years and love how easy it is to use for people of any technical level, while also still improving the tools regularly.

I use the Zen browser, and while it's not in the standard 1password browser list, at least they have directiosn to make it easy to add.

Un fichier excel avec une tenue des MDP à jour est plus users friendly que ça, il faut rappeler aux pro de la sécurité informatique que leurs revenus viens du business et ralentir le business c'est se tirer une balle dans le pied.

Went to reinstall the extension on my new PC and have now instead migrated to a new password manager. Thanks to everyone else who flagged the whole fascism debacle because I somehow missed that. What a disappointing and ridiculous choice. I refuse to let my money support that type of activity.

My password manager decided to become racist by helping fund a bigot's tech project and now I have to find another service, which is pretty annoying !

They are begging for reviews in the extension now to up their publicity numbers after financially supporting overtly fascist tech elites and their pet projects. Find a different password manager before you get stuck with this one.

They are pushing for reviews, because they gave money to a billionaire who's pushing for ethnic cleansing - and want to counteract the negative press.

Overall the app is frustrating at the best of times. There are many alternatives that are worth your time more.

1password is great, it has a lot of useful features. but one thing very annoying is that it matches the passwords using the base domain instead of full domain (including subdmains). This is terrible. Itś possible to customize this by item, but is not friendly

Works almost perfectly, its not allowing the auto-fill on every site, but it works on about 90% of the websites.

stupid extension never syncs with the desktop app as it should. Load times are also a joke.

I moved my passwords to another password manager directly in response to 1Password donating $300,000 USD to a Linux distro run by a right wing nut job, and you can too. Also, my new password manager is free.

Used to be a loyal user, but funding ethnic cleansing is a deal-breaker for me.

1Password has pledged 300k to DHH's foundation, Omarchy, and DHH advocates for racial purity and violence. 1Password has doubled-down and tried to claim they don't support DHH's views, but funding his foundation is the same thing, realistically.

It's a shame and a heartbreak. I've used 1Password since 2009 but I'll use it no longer. Put your money where your mouth is.
