Work for me like a charm, even the youtube seem to bow a little !!! and it is not that hard, give the url and set it too "All". If it works, you are lucky :)
The interface should have some words explaining how to use this extension. I tried several combinations and nothing worked, either enabling or disabling cache from any sites.
