You don't have a customer service number where I can speak to a live person. For $60 a year you can at least provide adequate customer support

The developers have not updated the plug-in since May 3rd yet miraculously expect it to now be working! Extremely poor support and I will be changing to another app even though I have just renewed my subscription.
