Since YouTube changed their download policies, I keep getting pop ups from this program telling me I have to update. I'm not even on YouTube when it happens. If I try to upgrade to the new version, I'm told I have to pay. Instead, I'm going to remove it, and hopefully end the frequent pop ups.

It was ok til last night. It dissapeared troday after Easy Youtube video downloader updomatic update.
Using W10, and firefox 55.0.3 (64-bit).

This add-on appears to require access to much more information than it really needs, including your full browser history.

The only way to get 1080p download ability requires the pro version which cost money. The quality that you see on youtube is just not there. The add on works but when you major feature is not available this is false advertising.

Why does it want your user data from all websites?
It requires pay upgrade. although it says it can be any amount you want it forces you to pay $30 to upgrade it.

If you just want to download mp3 there was another one in the addon page that requests your info from ONLY youtube.com, is completely free, two easy clicks to download the vid as mp3 and works well. Won't name it but it's on the same list.

Some one thought it was fine to put up a red banner that cant even be closed or removed from Youtube screen to affect our youtube experience just because they can .... like your plugin aint working with experimental youtube interface but why the heck you have to affect my youtube experience for it? My videos and suggested videos even load because of this stupid red banner of yours....uninstalling right now...

При просмотре, именно просмотре почти всех видео вылезает на четверть экрана табличка "Это видео в новом экспериментальном формате и я не могу его сохранить" и ее никак нельзя убрать. Т.е. с этим плагином не только скачать видео не получается, но и даже нормально посмотреть.
