I know Dishita updated the add on recently, but I don't see the green icon below the video to download it. Am I missing something? The green icon on the browser part of the page just shows that its busy, that its suppose to be generating a link, but doesn't.

I am not sure why there is always 'Network error' issue after I donwload the first video

Earlier it used to download Youtube videos nicely, but not so at least in the past few weeks. Often, in 8 out of 10 cases, it displays network error, retrying. After 3 attempts it hangs. A bit frustrating. Secondly, it does not facilitate donating in Indian Rupees through Indian gateways like Gpay. In these times of scams I avoid foreign gateways

It does download videos but it doesnt convert to mp3. it worked like 3 weeks ago from 17.1.2026

Okay when it works but right now it's making firefox use 35GB of my DDR5 ram somehow.

It works for me in general but it has two annoying issues: It keeps nagging me with some stupid "successful download" screen after each download (I neither need nor want such a screen, I can see the download was successful by the download indicator in Fx) and it keeps annoying me with a stupid notification whenever I open a short in YouTube, saying "click here to disable it", which I did, but that setting just does nothing and the annoyance continues.

This extension has helped me collect my favorite videos for personal review so many times! And I truly appreciate Dishita's efforts to continue to modify in response to the changing Youtube platform. Unfortunately I always need to check the videos after they have downloaded. About half the time I don't get what I expected: either the videos are without audio, or they are truncated (9 min instead of 17) . The second time I download same video usually captures all of it.
