I made a library of videos with music lessons. The download is pretty fast. Also like to watch shows on youtube after they are transmitted live. A few minutes after the show it is possible to download them. The advantage is that you can watch without external advertising, which are included if you watch it on you tube - when it is not live.

I have been using this addon for years. There are times when Youtube changes make it not work but the developer use to fix it after a while.

"Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" (by Dishita) is one of the extensions always installed in Firefox on any of the PCs I use to access the Internet. The extension has worked flawlessly for me since I began using it.

RATING/REVIEW UPDATE (as of 2024-11-10): "Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" has not been functioning consistently since the last update in May 2024. (I am "Pro Upgrade" user.) Up to that point in time this extension functioned flawlessly. Updates were released fairly quickly whenever YouTube changed/tightened their policies on video downloads and ad-blocking. This is the reason for the change in rating from "5 stars" to 1.

RATING/REVIEW UPDATE (as of 2025-08-29): Version 21.1 (released 04 August 2025) of "Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" appears to have fixed the issues that lead me to give a rating of "1 star". I installed v21.1 on 27 August 2025 and the extension has been working well, so far. This is the reason for changing my rating of "Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express" back to "5 stars". Thank you for the fix.
