Using the latest Firefox browser and Linux Mint this extension/add-on
has worked perfectly for me for many years.

As Youtube discourages video downloads and seeks to break downloading
via code changes, it is Dishita who is the very first to fix the new
Youtube code and push an update at the earliest to his users.

A year has passed since I made this review and I can report that it still works perfectly.

This add on is great. It works as advertised, and the developer updates it frequently to ensure it continues working.

This is the best there is for downloading videos. Some times you may have to save a link until the author finds a work around to the websites constant attempts to prevent downloads. "Youtube Video Downloader" seems to always find away, eventually.

Rapidly fixes the breakages caused by Youtube changing their page code regularly.

I like this addon, but did you consider adding the option to download subtitles?

This extension is actually getting better with time. Now captures video titles when saving.

This was a great app but, now in order to use it I have to pay $30+ for it. Thanks for the heads up, I will never use this again nor will I ever change this rating.
