This is the best video downloader add-on. I've been using this for several years and have downloaded a lot of videos because of it. Whenever Youtube changes its system, this add-on is quickly updated and ready for use. The developer has always been very helpful any time I have questions about it.

I have Been using this Downloader at least 9 months works every time, so happy with it I donated to upgrade to the Pro version, lovin it, it's AWESOME!!!!! Update of 01/07/2025 Still using this for over 6 years now! it's a must have as far as I'm concerned! As a guitar player it's great for downloading and saving UTube vids that I play over and over for offline practice!! It's one of the best extension for Firefox you can have, I could not be without it!! Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication over the years!! Swifty \0/ XD

Used this add on for years. Great Product. Had a problem installing upgrade which turned out to be my fault, but Support got it running for me. Love this outfit. 1080P works great!

Seems to be currently the only FF extension able to download 720p/1080p video, and only after a donation. So even though you're not required to pay, this uses the freemium model. Sucks though that the main thing I need right now for a project I'm working on is to download 480p video and I can't seem to find any program that still does that.

I've been using this tool for about half a year so far, now May 2019. It works consistently well to the point that I opted to support the developer by donating to get the Pro version. Thank you to the developer for giving us this tool.

Great add-on with simple elegant interface but the best part is that they update it every time youtube makes a change. After trying so many other downloaders only to have to find a new one when youtube changes something. It's nice to have one that you know will be fixed shortly after youtube breaks it.

If you use it regularly think about making a contribution. It is worth it to have quality add-ons.

1080p never downloads, asks for pro subscription or something, and 360p and 720p download empty files with size of 0 bytes. Worthless extension, there are better ones, that actually work.

This add-on is really only functional by purchasing the 'Pro' upgrade, for a "one-time fee". I did so, over a year ago now, and the product worked fine.

However, the product stopped functioning a few days ago and I received an email from the developer, Dishita, advising that the verification process he'd been using (for 'Pro' users to use the upgrade) was faulty, and allowed links to be shared which allowed non-paying users to consume his bandwidth.

He advised that he was therefore changing the verification process he was using.

Fair enough.

But then he basically mentioned, "Oh, and by the way, if you made your one-time purchase over a year ago, you'll have to make another "one-time" purchase in order to restore functionality of the product."

I call BS on this.

Absolutely NO WAY I would purchase this again, from a developer who so flagrantly displays a lack of integrity in his dealings with customers.

Who's to say he wont do it again? And again?

I'm out.

There are too many other good options...

P.S. - I am also hearing that this developer is BUYING favorable reviews. I dont know if that's true, or not. But consider yourself warned about both of these issues!
