    ZERO MB downloads are definitely zero acceptable! 😄 Good news — version 24.1 is out and fixes exactly this. Update the extension and you should be getting proper file sizes again. If it works, we'd really appreciate an updated review!

    Purchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

    acts like it's downloading show progress percentage all the way to 100% but when go to file it won't play and shows 0 bites for size and always downloads same file twice

    Used to work, but not any more. Quicktime Player has no idea how to open these zero byte files...so...

    Hi Anne, sorry about that! The zero byte files were a bug that's now fixed in version 24.1. After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. Give it a try and if it works, we'd love an updated review! 😊

    Used to work, as of Jan 23rd, claims to work but "successfully" downloads zero byte files.

    Currently useless.
