por Aderlass, hace 6 añosThe new version wiped out the settings I had for 10 additional US cities I keep track of. The new version does not allow me to reenter those cities. I now have only the default New York setting. Before the update, the addon was working fine with the 10 cities I commonly watch for weather. This is a minor setback--how do I get this working again. Other than this new issue, I highly recommend this addon for use with Ffox.
[Update] Disabled my other addons--no change. Still cannot readd cities I had before, just sits there spinning (cursor). Maybe it's stopped working with current Firefox--don't know. Perhaps the author can give us some feedback. Has usually been responsive in the past. This has been a good addon until now. My version of Firefox is v85.0 x64. I also checked Google Chrome where I have this also installed. While working before, it now reports bad connection with weather svc. However, it seems far more functional than the FFox version.
[update 2-09] have tried several older versions starting with 4.25. None work--cannot input other cities, as previously mentioned--cursor just spins never connecting? or allowing city input. Addon has become non-functional. Where's the author with a temp fix?? I rechecked my G.Chrome version v4.26...seems ok! Now what about the Firefox version??

For the record, I think I was a little harsh in putting one start on an extension that I've used for more than a decade because of one change, no matter how much it upset me at the time. I'm putting it up to the 5 stars it has deserved for many years.
This extension is very configurable, has been consistently accurate, and gives me exactly the information I want immediately. No ads, no needless clicking. Thank you!

This was the main feature of this add-on. Without it, I'm not sure I see much point in it. Re-enable the feature and just put up a warning that turning it on may cause issues with some sites.

It is the old school type of weather that is still outperform all the new weather extension an app
I really missed something from this extension and is the ability to see it from the lower right of my screen and even the upper right. Just with pass the mouse over you can see the whole week weather forecast and the past mouse over the map and big size radar appear.

- Se valoró con 1 de 5por Farrah, hace 10 mesesNO HORIZONTAL BAR, NO INSTALL FOR ME!! I only used this add on so I had the bar to just glance at without leaving what I'm doing to click on something. And hover my mouse over the radar to bring it up. It was awesome. It NEVER messed up any webpages. Give us a way to use the last version because this is no good and I won't use it.

Not appearing in bottom right hand corner, really really need it back working and wish i knew of how to install an older version to get it back. This addon as it WAS, is vital for me in my life, for many reasons. Please make it work right.

This was breaking many websites, including VirusTotal.

- Se valoró con 5 de 5por BeeB, hace 10 mesesThere is a version 4.25 and a 4.26 version floating around on the web. I had a really hard time to find the XPI file to download. Both versions work perfectly. My 1st PC updated to 4.26 automatically, i had this installed for quite some time. I did a fresh install of firefox on the 2nd PC and ran into problems with version 4.12 as it would not load the maps. I installed 4.25 file and it worked perfect.

The current version is NOT corrupt - it just doesn't work because it has not been signed (and the creator lives in the Ukraine, so... *fingers crossed*). Thankfully, the folks in the support forums have figured out how to get it to load. It's still hands-down better than the next most popular option, so I highly recommend checking out the forums and installing it.
