- Se valoró con 2 de 5por Bogdan Timofte, hace 2 mesesThis extension does not integrate with Firefox's password manager - it replaces it.
I expected access to my Apple Passwords from within Firefox's existing password management workflow. Instead, I ended up with Apple's password manager grafted onto Firefox.
The extension may be useful for users who want to abandon Firefox's password manager entirely, but it is not a true integration with Firefox.
There is also no synchronization between Firefox Password Manager and Apple Passwords. Not that I personally wanted that feature, but users expecting seamless integration should be aware of this limitation.
Ironically, the experiences with APM was actually better for me in Firefox than it is in Safari.
Disappointing. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19898252, hace 3 mesesWorked great until macOS 26.4...
Now, the extension prompts the user to save the login even though the login already exists. Honestly, macOS26 has been the best and the worst version ever. Steve would have been infuriated that the user interface is so broken. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por Martijn, hace 4 mesesIt somehow works better on Windows than it does on MacOS, including for the same reasons people are mentioning below (the login popup, or somehow treating random form items like password fields).
The addon has not been updated since December 2025, while the Chrome version has had multiple updates. And that version also seems to address these issues specifically in its updates. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por JFLyers, hace 4 mesesSame as a lot of other reviews. Everything is great except after every login a popup asks for the username to save even though that info is already there. Every login. Annoying to the point that I disabled the extension.
- Se valoró con 2 de 5por JoaoRuss0, hace 4 mesesWorked more than fine for a few weeks, now it keeps displaying a message saying: "Enter the username for this account to finish saving your password and allow safari to autofill."
Even though that password had already been saved and this issue was not happening. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por calocen, hace 5 meses

- Se valoró con 2 de 5por TheBootmaker, hace 6 mesesWorks like a charm, the only problem is the atrocious performance problems it triggers on some sites. Perfect example is translate.google.com
Please fix the performance problems, this extension is a must have for anyone using Apple Passwords as their main password manager, there is no way to circumvent it.

- Se valoró con 2 de 5por PCS, hace 9 mesesI so wanted this native Apple extension to work, but alas it only works if you enter in a code every time you want to use it. Frustrating.
Raising it one star, as I just finished an arm64 macOS app that can automatically fill in the 6-digit code when it pops up and save me the trouble. Thank you, Claude.ai! - Se valoró con 2 de 5por Usuario de Firefox 19493512, hace 10 mesesIt constantly asks for a 6-digit verification code. I can't help but feel like this is intentionally annoying to convince people to switch to Safari.

- Se valoró con 2 de 5por hokayplair, hace un añoHonestly this is garbage. For over a year and several versions this Add-on has failed to integrate my iCloud passwords reliably, has broken various websites and Firefox functions, and does a jenky job wither verifications of any sort.
I would think Apple could do better, but I'm not surprised it can't. I've owned MacBook Pros for my last 4 laptops and Apple has lost any focus on the the core functionality. My 'Find My' used to be able to locate a lost phone within ~1 foot. Something must havre changed because I'm lucky if it can trigger an audio ping these days (on that it is batting approx 50% in my unscientific estimate).
So that turned into a bit of a rant, but I'm frustrated. I want my passwords to travel between Firefox and iCloud - this Add-on claims it handles this, yet many, many users report it doesn't work and in fact causes problems. A year of disgruntled reviews and several updates and yet it still doesn't work. Please be more like 'classic' Apple; I am not a fan of 'new' Apple. - Se valoró con 2 de 5por jw, hace un añoHow about you give a toggle to do passive mode only fill the password when I click the extension icon?
The way it scan the DOM, end up with performance really horrible
Edit: Turn off auto fill, it still traverses the whole dom and does its parsing, what's that option even for? - Se valoró con 2 de 5por bruniitho5, hace un añoI've noticed that the iCloud Passwords extension is significantly slowing down Firefox, but only on one specific website—Reddit. It would be great if there were an option to disable this extension on a per-site basis, as the performance issue only occurs on that site.
