I was thinking that the right image should show more than just her eyes - but then I looked at the left image and thought - perhaps not!
Relatively unobtrusive in terms of clashing with icons and menu buttons, but needed 3 additional rows of blank toolbars to see all the eyes on the right-hand image and all of the text.
