The program is excelent. The problem I had is that a year ago I got a basic service, then after a mont I paid for the premium program, and all year I continue getting offer to "update" the basic program in other word I have never got what I paid for.
This year just before the program expire I paid agai for the premium program and all I've got was an explanation that you could not invoice to my address. After four tries and just previous to the end of service I went to a Office Depot and purchase an Internet protection. I live in México in a border city and do my banking in USA. Probably that is why they reffused to give me service.
