In the area where I live, rain-alarm.com radar shows 40% rain clouds, but in KMA or weather.com, windy.com radar there are no rain clouds and it is sunny.
That's interesting, because we get our data from KMA. For which city is which region is this happening exactly? I would like to investigate. micha@rain-alarm.com
